Ariana Grande's concert last month made headlines all around the world - although it was sold out within minutes, and had a capacity venue of 50 000 people - it was not one any artist would envy. A suicide bombing killed 22 fans during the concert. The irony was not lost on people, that a concert - meant to be a place of enjoyment for so many fans - turned into the site of a mass murder. 

 

However, Ariana Grande expressed her regret through raising money for the families of the dead victims. She organized One Love Manchester, a concert featuring herself and many other artists - Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Niall Horan and Miley Cyrus among them. The concert has raised a whopping total of 12 million dollars so far - and is expected to raise a few million more. Despite the warning of another attack from the government, 50 000 people attended the concert. 

 

Needless to say, it is the through their unified community that Manchester was able to recover from the deadly attack within days and express their support towards the families of the dead victims.
